Magnadoodle Homonyms

Students have a partner choose a card from the deck and read the word aloud. The partner must use the word in a sentence.Then the student must write the other version of the word on the magnetic board.  Students take turns giving each other homonyms to spell and use in sentences. Students record the words they created on the record sheet.

I use whatever type of magnet boards I can find that are cheap.  I look for the actual Magnadoodle brands at yardsales because they have a larger writing space.  The cards I found at Dollar Tree, but I've noticed that Target has them in their dollar bins sometimes.
